Appointment setting for a septic company
The big tickets in septic do not come from homeowners searching. They come from real estate agents who need an inspector they trust, home inspectors who refer the septic part, builders developing lots, property managers with rental tanks, and restaurants with grease traps on a schedule. Each of those accounts is worth ten to fifty jobs a year, and most have never been called by a septic company.
The calls are short: "I run a septic company out of [town]. We do real estate inspections at $425 with the report the same day. Could I get fifteen minutes with your office to leave a sheet?" An agent's office meeting slot is worth more than most ad budgets. The seasonality guide explains why February is the month for it.
